Taught by an African American woman who understands that the black experience is black and serious. I want to learn more about my history as an African American woman. Women’s Studies at Wesleyan is alright, but I wish we could expand. There is more to feminism and women’s history than Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Gloria Steinem.
